Technical Features

Made of a material with a high thermal-expanding capacity, AF SLEEVE seals pass-through services by filling the gap left by combustible pipe collapse or insulation melting. The product's reduced thickness enable its application around the pipe directly inside the structure.

The product remains unaltered if stored in a closed environment away from humidity and direct exposure to atmospheric agents.

Specification

 Supply and application of AF SLEEVE intumescent sleeve, which has an expansive capacity of more than 20 times the initial
volume, for up to EI 240 of combustible pipes, cable bundles, corrugated pipe bundles, multilayer and metal pipes with wall and floor insulation. The system is certified for use in combination with  AF PANEL rock wool panels.

Application method

1. Wrap AF SLEEVE around the penetration to be protected (check the application data sheets for the winding numbers needed);
2. Fix AF SLEEVE with adhesive tape at the penetration;
3. So that it is inserted flush with the sealing consisting of a double AF PANEL glued and sealed with AF SEAL W.
