Flexible system for fire protection of metal air ducts

We are pleased to announce the availability for sale of the new flexible protection system for metal ventilation and smoke evacuation ducts AF Safeguard: the system is the result of 4 years of intense effort, testing and fine-tuning, and is a unique reference in Europe for its versatility and ease of handling.

Description

AF SAFEGUARD is a flexible protection system certified according to EN 1366-1 to guarantee an EI 120/180 performance in the presence of ventilation or natural extraction metal duct penetrations, exposed to fire from both outside and inside.

Furthermore, the system is certified according to EN 1366-8 for the protection of metal ducts for forced smoke extraction, guaranteeing an EIS 120 performance .

The product is composed of a rock wool mat quilted externally on metal mesh and internally on a glass wool fabric treated with a special ablative product; spacer profiles and a metal mesh, both in galvanised steel, to be assembled after the mat has been wrapped.

✅ Durabilità di almeno 25 anni con classe Y: resistente anche in caso di luoghi con umidità > 85%, temperature che possono scendere al di sotto degli 0 °C ed esposizione diretta a raggi ultravioletti;

✅ Certificazione ETA (European Technical Assessment) già disponibile e marcatura CE in fase di ottenimento;

✅ Prodotto in fase di brevettazione.
