Technische kenmerken

De roestvrijstalen buitenkant maakt toepassing ook in natte omgevingen mogelijk, terwijl de opzwellende strook met hoog uitzettingsvermogen het mogelijk maakt om zelfs grote elementen te beveiligen tot een maximale buitendiameter van 600 mm voor brandbare leidingen en 250 mm voor geïsoleerde metalen leidingen.

Bestekomschrijving

Levering en installatie van brandwerende manchetten AF COLLAR, bestaande uit een rond roestvrijstalen element met het opzwellende materiaal 'Firefill', voor bescherming tot EI 240 van doorvoeringen van standaard en geluiddempende brandbare leidingen, enkelvoudige of gebundelde meerlaagse leidingen, bundels ribbelbuizen met elektrische kabels en onbrandbare leidingen met elastomere wand- en vloerisolatie en op een draagconstructie bestaande uit een dubbel AF PANEL steenwolpaneel De grootte, tot een maximale diameter van 630 mm, wordt bepaald door het type en de doorsnede van de doorvoering.

Toepassingswijze

AF COLLAR 30 tot 315 mm
1. open de manchet en breng deze aan rond de leiding;
2. sluit de manchet met het metalen lipje;
3. installeer de manchet zodanig dat hij aansluit op de wand/vloer;
4. de bevestiging van de manchet wordt verzorgd door zelftappende schroeven of metalen expansiepluggen (niet meegeleverd), afhankelijk van de draagconstructie. 

AF COLLAR 400 tot 600 mm
1. Bevestig een van de twee grafiet bevattende doosvormige elementen met behulp van draadstangen en moeren Ø 8 mm (niet meegeleverd);
2. bevestig de twee zijplaten op de doosvormige elementen met de meegeleverde bouten en moeren;
3. bevestig het tweede element aan de twee platen met de meegeleverde bouten en moeren en aan de wand/vloer met draadstangen en moeren Ø 8 mm (niet meegeleverd).
